Our Classes


We offer a variety of dance classes for all ages and abilities from beginner through advanced ages 3 – adult. We also provide many opportunities for our students to shine onstage in our dance recitals, community performances, and regional & national dance competitions, giving our dancers a chance to gain poise, grace and self- confidence. Our structured classes are developed for the more serious dancer seeking a progressive curriculum. Director or instructor approval is needed for registering for these classes. Placement is based first on a student's ability to retain and execute the required skills for each level and then on age. A student's ability to progress through each level successfully is based on attendance, as well as the ability to retain and comprehend technical terms.



Musical Theatre class will focus on learning proper dance technique while exploring the various dance styles used in Broadway shows. Class curriculum is Broadway style movement and includes a proper warm-up, stretches, isolation, across-the-floor progressions, and combinations. Emphasis will also be placed on learning performance skills such as connecting with the audience and telling a story through dance and facial expressions.


Students will focus on building the strength, flexibility and control needed to execute ballet moves. Each class will emphasize barre exercises and may also include a combination of center floor work and across-the-floor combinations. 


Hip Hop is a very energetic from of dancing. Hip hop is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements. Hip hop dance requires students to have the strength and stamina to successfully perform moves. Therefore class includes upper and lower body conditioning as well as a rigorous warm-up to help prepare students for more intense movements.

MINI-MOVERS (ages 3 -5)

An introduction to dance and movement using Ballet, Tap, Jazz and creative movement specifically designed to develop coordination, rhythm awareness and basic dance and classroom skills using songs and games with an emphasis on FUN!


All pointe classes are designed for students with previous ballet training. Students will utilize previously learned ballet technique while working in pointe shoes. Each class includes barre exercises, center floor work and across the floor combinations. These exercises focus on strengthening the feet and ankles with an emphasis on precision, grace, discipline and proper body alignment.


Tap classes are designed to develop rhythm, style and sound. Students will learn a variety of tap styles from Broadway to Rhythm tap. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankles, coordination, and speed of movement. The class emphasis is on developing proper tap technique, producing clear tap sounds, and having fun. As students’ progress through each level curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate.


This class is designed to improve a dancer's range of motion, enhance muscle flexibility and increase their level of core muscle strength. Through a variety of stretches and strengthening exercises, dancers will also increase their awareness of their own body's potential as it connects to expression through movement.



Be a part of the TEAM!!! Competition/Performance Teams are for the dancer who is ready to take their skills and dedication to the next level. Team dancers will have the opportunity to showcase their skills at reginal and national competitions, participate in professional intensives and perform at local community event.
